The Cowee Overlook within the Black Rock Mountain State Park is first on the drive in and sits almost directly above the Ada-Hi Falls, but the falls are not visible from the overlook.
Cowee Overlook is one of four scenic overlooks: Cowee Overlook, Nantahala Overlook, Blue Ridge Overlook, and Black Rock Overlook.
Georgia’s top recreational area features numerous scenic overlooks, trails, rental cabins, cottages, campground, playground, picnic shelters, hiking trails, a seventeen-acre fishing lake, gift shop, and visitors center which is handicapped accessible.
