I must confess that this motorcycle riding mom loves muscle cars as much as she loves motorcycles! If I could afford the vehicle of my choice, I would be running errands, zipping in and out of traffic, in a red 2020 Porsche 911. I was born with a need for speed and the love of shifting engine gears! I can just see myself zipping it and doing it in a red Porsche 911!
Ok, back to reality! I rode upon a car and bike show during a leisurely summer Saturday morning ride. Immediately my heart started pounding in my chest with excitement as my eyes scanned the parking lot full of antique steel 4-wheel works of art as well as other customized fast cars. I listened intently as each car owner proudly described the intimate details of their vehicle’s restoration and/or customization.
Did I mention there was a good blues band and plenty of Georgia barbeque? I must admit this was a good ride.
